Drone attacks in North Waziristan

After the invasion of america in Afghanistan America are targeting the Taliban by drone attacks which results in collateral damages and killing the innocent people of North Waziristan Agency.Where is the United Nation  and can they not ask America that under which law they they are doing the drone attacks and killing the innocent people.America says that the places they are targeting Taliban are present  there it may be true but why they have closed their eyes from the collateral damages and from the killing of the innocent people. This increases the observations of the tribals about america and also about the Pakistani politicians that why they allow america for drone attacks it is also direct attack on the sovereignty of Pakistan.
