Tribalisim in trasition

Helo world i am Aurangzeb Khan hailing from North Waziristan Agency living in Islamabad working in media.
Till the time the tribal  society had preserved all their deceased ancestors, out moded values with out leting any change from the out world to creep into their cod of conduct. They have their own system of running and govening their lives. They felt hapy and satisfaction in following such codes. Those who did away from the accepted standard of such rituals, were looked down by the locals disdainfully.
If see these tebdencies from positive side, then then it represents the supremacy and compatibility of such lawas which satisfied these people even in the modern technological period. These unwritten codes were strong and powerful enough which did not let the others or alliens values  to overwhelm it.Neither the colonial Britishers nor the the Pakistani brothers from the territories other than FATA impressed them to do away from their old tradition and adopt other way of living.
If one see it from the  negative side, these values were strick enough which deprived the people from bringing in slightest changes and amendments. In this way the people were denied of incorporating the much needed changes which were deemed essential for the uplift and progress of the people.
Today these hard core traditions are in transition period.a vacuum has been created which can not be filled by the Governement by planting other usful and progressive norms, other wise at the end of the current tension that tribal system would revisit. Now the question is that how the long awaited change became  possible despite the stronger oppostion from the local people. The rational is simple since, tyhe tribal belt is in the line of fire from the last one decade.Due to the military operation, a huge exodus took place.A large number of people vacated their hometown and migrated to the nearest settled areas chieflu for security reasons. They were dispersed furthermore ,in the settled areas these people were easily diluted into other culteures and different systems of day to day life.In such wide societies they could not exercise their own rules to differend things.moreover, these tribals were intoduced to other  different set up which gradualy became a routine of their daily life.
